Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
This policy forms part of the applicable Terms & Conditions.
01 / Nature of the Service
It is not a pre-made digital product, stock document, template, automatic report, or downloadable file prepared in advance.
The service begins when FARFAM starts reviewing the submitted material, assessing the property, structuring the document, writing the review, preparing the output, or otherwise working on the commissioned document.
The delivered digital document is the result of a commissioned service. It is not a returnable product.
02 / Before Payment
Before payment, the User is responsible for reviewing:
— the service description;
— the Terms & Conditions;
— this Cancellation & Refund Policy;
— the document boundary;
— the fixed-format and no-revisions nature of the service;
— the applicable acknowledgments in the submission or payment form.
By proceeding with payment, the User confirms that they understand the nature, limits, delivery method, and refund conditions of the commissioned service.
03 / Start of Preparation
— payment has been completed;
— sufficient submitted material has been received;
— the required confirmations or acknowledgments have been accepted by the User.
Preparation includes reviewing submitted material, assessing the property, reading plans or photographs, defining the document structure, writing, editing, formatting, preparing, or delivering the document.
Once FARFAM begins reviewing the submitted material or preparing the document, the service has started.
04 / Non-Refundable Fee After Work Begins
This is because the service is a commissioned digital service prepared manually for one specific property, based on the User’s submitted material.
The fee covers FARFAM’s time, review, authorial judgment, spatial assessment, document preparation, writing, structuring, and delivery.
It does not cover a returnable product.
05 / No Refund for Subjective Dissatisfaction
— change of mind;
— wrong expectations;
— subjective dissatisfaction;
— disagreement with FARFAM’s authorial interpretation;
— disagreement with the spatial direction;
— disagreement with the conclusions;
— dissatisfaction with wording, layout, format, structure, or level of detail;
— dissatisfaction with the fixed-format nature of the document;
— absence of revisions;
— inability to use the document for a specific purpose;
— requests outside the agreed scope;
— incomplete, unclear, inaccurate, inaccessible, or insufficient material submitted by the User.
Subjective dissatisfaction with the delivered document does not constitute a defect, non-conformity, or ground for refund.
06 / Fixed Format and No Revisions
No revisions, redesign, alternative versions, additional studies, calls, consultations, technical drawings, construction documents, renovation estimates, or follow-up modifications are included unless expressly agreed in writing by FARFAM.
The absence of revisions or alternative versions is part of the service structure and does not constitute a ground for refund.
07 / Digital Delivery
The document may be delivered by email, secure link, file attachment, document-sharing platform, or another digital delivery method selected by FARFAM.
Once the digital document has been made available to the User, the service may be considered fully performed, subject to applicable law.
Any printed archive copy, where offered or provided, is secondary and does not replace the digital delivery.
08 / Declined Submissions
If FARFAM declines the submission before preparation begins, FARFAM may refund the fee where applicable.
If FARFAM declines the submission after identifying insufficient, inaccessible, unlawful, misleading, unauthorized, or unsuitable material, the refund outcome depends on whether preparation has already begun and on applicable mandatory law.
09 / Incomplete or Insufficient Material
Incomplete, unclear, inaccessible, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, unauthorized, or insufficient material may delay preparation, limit the review, require clarification, or lead FARFAM to decline the submission.
No refund is issued where delay, limitation, or inability to prepare the document is caused by material submitted by the User that is incomplete, unclear, inaccessible, inaccurate, unauthorized, unsuitable, or outside the required scope, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
10 / Mandatory Consumer Rights
Where the User is a consumer and such mandatory rights apply, the User may have the right to withdraw or cancel within the period provided by applicable law.
By submitting the form, accepting the applicable terms, and proceeding with payment, the User expressly requests FARFAM to begin preparation of the commissioned service after payment and before the end of any applicable withdrawal, cancellation, or regret period.
The User acknowledges that, where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal, cancellation, or regret may be lost once the service has been fully performed and/or once the digital document has been made available.
Where applicable law allows withdrawal or cancellation after performance has begun but before the service has been fully performed, FARFAM may be entitled to compensation for the part of the service already performed.
11 / Cancellation Before Work Begins
If FARFAM confirms that preparation has not yet begun, FARFAM may cancel the service and refund the fee, subject to payment processing costs, administrative costs, and applicable law.
A cancellation request is not effective until confirmed in writing by FARFAM.
12 / Cancellation After Work Begins
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply, the fee remains non-refundable after work has begun.
This applies even if the User later changes their mind, no longer needs the document, disagrees with the review, or does not use the delivered document.
13 / How to Request Cancellation
studio@studiofarfam.com
The request should include:
— the User’s name;
— the email used for submission;
— the date of payment;
— the name or reference of the submitted property;
— a clear statement requesting cancellation.
FARFAM may request additional information to identify the submission and payment.
14 / Refund Method
Payment processor fees, currency conversion costs, bank charges, or other third-party costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other third-party processor.
15 / Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
FARFAM may provide the payment provider with evidence of the accepted Terms & Conditions, this Cancellation & Refund Policy, form acknowledgments, submitted material, start of preparation, and digital delivery.
